In 2013, I gave myself a yearlong goal of creating art everyday. It didn't matter what material or concept was behind each piece as long as I was creating something each day. A lot of the finished work in this project inspired ideas for other pieces or series. The title - One a day- fit with my job in retail pharmacy at the time. It became a prescription to keep my creativity flowing, without having to worry about a specific goal. It was a enjoyable experience, and it greatly benefited my studio practice.
